Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns, but if something is wrong with any product you receive, just let us know.
When will I get my order?
We ship orders on the 15th of each month. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Am I paying to test kites for you?
Nope! We thoroughly test all of our kites in all elements throughout the year. You're paying for exclusive membership benefits: prototype kites (retail value $50-150), premium accessories, educational content, and insider access to our design process. Your flying experiences are valuable to us, but sharing feedback is completely optional. Many badger members simply enjoy getting cutting-edge kites before anyone else. Think: VIP early access.
What if I'm a beginner?
Perfect! Our prototypes work across skill levels. The kite designs are versatile enough for beginners to fly successfully while offering advanced flyers room to explore their capabilities. Plus, our educational content meets you where you are.
What happens to prototypes after testing?
Three paths: Some go to retail with improvements based on badger member feedback. Some become member-exclusive vault kites (never sold publicly). Some get reworked and tested again. The best part (after flying) is you'll see the journey take place and know your voice mattered.
Do I get to keep the kites?
Yes! Every kite and accessory is yours to keep. Fly them, collect them, gift them. They're yours.
"We really have been wanting to fly a kite for ages so thank you thank you! I love all the ways you are breathing air into the world. lightness and dedication. joy and whimsy. surprise."
